Basically, I'm a cracker. I'm a box of bleached-flour saltines. I don't do much, it seems, but I'm always busy with this or that. I write poetry. I've been told by a number of sources (including ones that wouldn't give a fig for my feelings) that it's pretty good, so I'm taking their words for it.
I like writing. I like language. I like words that sound the way they are. Onomatopoeia that don't mean to be. I guess it's hard to explain. Words whose meaning fit the way your mouth moves to make them. Or, alternatively, I'm really crazy.
My love for words and word plays mean I adore puns. Oh sure, I like sarcasm and wit and dry humor just as much as the next cynical, jaded teen, but I really like bad puns too. For years, this has been my dirty little secret, but-no more!
So, where do you find a dog with no legs?
-Right where you left him.
What? It's funny!
Two Eskimos sitting in a kayak were chilly, but when they lit a fire in the craft it sank.
This proves once and for all that you can't have your kayak and heat it, too.
Well...I think they're funny...
